Terms of Service

By purchasing, downloading, or using any product from crushvrc.com, you ("Licensee") enter into a license agreement with Crush Couture and accept the terms below.

GENERAL TERMS:

Only purchases made directly on crushvrc.com carry a valid license. Your license is tied to the name and email used at checkout.
Products are licensed exclusively for use in VRChat. Use in AI tools, AI training data, cryptocurrency, NFTs, Second Life, IMVU, The Sims, or any other platform is prohibited.
You may not claim our work as your own, strip watermarks, or share, resell, trade, or redistribute any product.
You may not pull meshes, textures, or materials out of a product to use in other projects, products, or add-ons.
Whenever you display or publish a product, you must credit Crush Couture with a working link to crushvrc.com.
Licenses belong to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.
Buyers should be comfortable working in Blender and Unity.
You must also comply with VRChat's Terms of Service.

AVATARS:

Avatar purchases are limited to customers 18 years or older.
Avatars are licensed for your personal use only.
Avatars may not be uploaded publicly to VRChat or any other platform.
Sharing, gifting, trading, reselling, or redistributing an avatar is prohibited, whether original or modified.
You may modify avatars in Unity or Blender for your own personal use.
Meshes, textures, and materials from avatars may not be reused in other projects.
You may post avatar content on social media, provided you credit Crush Couture with a link to crushvrc.com.

PAID ASSETS:

May be used on commercial avatars sold through Jinxxy, Gumroad, or Payhip. Credit is required.
May not be used on free, public, Nitro, or server-free avatars.

FREE ASSETS:

May be used on commercial, free, public, Nitro, and server-free avatars. Credit is required.

RULES FOR ALL ASSETS:

Meshes, textures, and materials may not be extracted.
Textures may not be bundled into add-ons such as tattoos, decals, or texture packs.
Redistributing, reselling, or presenting our assets as your own is prohibited.
Watermarks must remain in place.
You may edit assets in Unity or Blender as part of a larger project, but edited assets may not be distributed on their own.

ALL SALES FINAL:

Because products are delivered digitally, we do not offer refunds.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute cancels your license and bars you from future purchases.

KEY POINTS:

Your license is only valid if your checkout details match.
Violations may result in a ban, DMCA takedown, and legal action.

Breach, Remedies & Injunctive Relief

Any violation of these terms is a material breach and may lead to immediate termination of your license and a permanent ban. Crush Couture will submit DMCA takedown notices and pursue every available legal remedy, including damages, lost revenue, attorneys' fees, and court costs. Unauthorized distribution will be treated as willful infringement. Because a breach would cause irreparable harm to Crush Couture, we may seek injunctive relief without posting a bond. We take the protection of our intellectual property seriously and will act against any unauthorized use.
